Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Maestro, Solo, Delta and Mastercard.

Your credit card information is handled through HSBC secure E payments to ensure the highest level of security.

Shipping And Handling Orders placed online prior to 8.30am are normally dispatched within 5 working days for a charge of £3.95 per order.

If it is necessary to resend the parcel due to failed deliveries, a minimum charge of £3.95 will be made.
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order by next day courier, so you should receive your order within 5 working days. We normally require a signature upon delivery.

If the item is not in stock or requires embroidery to be added, we aim to ensure that you receive your order within 10 working days, we will email you the aproximate delivery date within 1-2 working days of receiving your order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will inform you via email as to the approximate date we are able to supply the item. If this is not acceptable, you have the option to cancel your order, and a full refund will be made.
Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is included in all shop prices where applicable.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, we use HSBC seure E payments to collect the payment, this is done to ensure the highest degree of security is maintained when dealing with your credit card details.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Goods purchased can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that the products are unused, in original packaging with any swing tags still attached, in a resaleable condition. We advise that retuned items are sent by a secure means of post, this cost is not refundable. We are not responsible if the item(s) are not received back by ourselves.

In the unlikely event the item is faulty, please contact us by email and we will arrange for the item to be collected and a replacement sent.
